Reid Zeising, GAIN’s CEO & Founder, Named 2026 Georgia Titan 100

Reid Zeising, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gain, has been named to the 2026 Georgia Titan 100 list. He appeared on the official Georgia Titan 100 honoree lists in 2024, 2025, and now 2026. The designation reflects Zeising’s role in redefining financial services through innovative, data-driven solutions that simplify and optimize lending processes.

Over the last three years since being named a Titan, he has guided Gain through a transformative period, leveraging technology to create efficiencies that benefit both clients and consumers.

“Gain is the largest revenue cycle management company handling litigated and complex claims,” Zeising recently told the Breakfast Leadership Network. “We got involved in this business to provide access to care for those in need.”

His leadership has fueled the company’s expansion while reinforcing its reputation for transparent, customer-centric financial solutions. The recognition underscores a leadership approach. One rooted in adaptability, continuous improvement, and a focus on long-term value.

“We’ve built a best-in-class technology platform with core competencies designed specifically to effectively service and manage tens of thousands of third-party liability claims simultaneously,” said Zeising in the Healthcare in America series. “We’re solving for access to care.”

The Titan 100 distinction is reserved for leaders of exceptional importance and reputation in their fields. Drawing from its origins in Greek mythology, the term “Titan” signifies someone who is reputable, distinguished, and preeminent. The Titan 100 is a national program that recognizes the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in a region across both the private and public sectors. Honorees are selected based on demonstrated leadership, vision, passion, and influence. They are recognized annually at an awards event, featured in the Titan 100 book, and given opportunities to build relationships with fellow honorees throughout the year. The program’s highest achievement is induction into the Titan 100 Hall of Fame in a third year, reflecting sustained excellence and impact.

“Under Reid’s leadership, Gain has seen remarkable growth and innovation, marked by significant accolades,.” Gain previously reported. “These include the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the SIIA CODiE Award for Best Healthcare Technology, being recognized as Best AI-Led Legal Healthcare Solutions Companies in the USA by Corporate Vision, being featured on Inc. 5000 list, on the Inc. Magazine’s list of the Southeast Region’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, and the Deloitte Fast 500 in North America, among others.”

Zeising has led initiatives focused on enhancing Gain’s service offerings and expanding its reach. His work has centered on integrating emerging financial technologies that streamline lending processes and improve accessibility for clients. By anticipating market needs and proactively adapting to regulatory changes, he has positioned Gain as a trusted partner for organizations navigating the complexities of financial lending. A defining leadership lesson during this period has been the importance of resilience amid uncertainty. In a sector defined by constant change, Zeising has emphasized maintaining focus while embracing necessary pivots to support long-term success.

Zeising attributes much of Gain’s continued growth to clarity, decisive action, and empowering teams to take ownership of their roles. He has fostered a workplace culture where innovation is encouraged and every employee understands how their work contributes to the company’s broader mission. This approach has strengthened internal alignment while enabling Gain to respond effectively to evolving industry demands.

Beyond operational performance, Zeising remains committed to developing future leaders in finance. He actively mentors young professionals, offering guidance on navigating industry challenges and building a strong foundation in ethical business practices. Gain also supports initiatives that promote financial literacy in underserved communities, reinforcing the belief that responsible lending begins with empowering individuals through knowledge.

In short, Zeising’s continued recognition reflects not only individual achievement, but the collective effort, shared vision, and sustained progress driving Gain forward.
