When a patient with a personal injury legal case is treated by a healthcare provider in Gain’s network, we pay the provider for the patient’s medical treatment. Gain is paid back from the proceeds of the personal injury settlement.
Our Lien Purchase program provides healthcare practices with an immediate cash infusion through the purchase of outstanding unpaid medical lien receivables. Gain leverages data on win/loss rates and reduction requests to price the receivables, allows us to pay top dollar to practices.
You will contact the case manager who was assigned to you when you signed up with us. If you’re unsure, log-in and message us through the Gain Platform and our team will respond quickly.
The first step is signing up to use the Gain Platform and agree to be listed on the provider map for attorneys. Preferred providers are those that regularly treat personal injury patients, have a reputation in the network, quickly accept treatment requests and reliably provide medical records.
Through the Gain Platform you can request transportation for patients as part of their personal injury treatment plan. You can also request a prescription card for your client to cover the cost of related medication.
